Chrystal, new owner (Congratulations!) at Perfect Events, Missoula, MT was invaluable as my right hand anchor for my daughters wedding at Lolo NF/Pattee Canyon! Our first connection related to renting tables and supplies for an outdoor wedding and evolved to Chrystal as wedding planner. She was one step ahead of me and made sure the day was seamless, often recognizing what was needed and acting on it immediately. Communication was excellent and prompt, from planning to execution. Regarding rental from Perfect Events, everything was top notch. The farm tables added a touch of elegance. Even the caterer commented that he’s seen many weddings at this location and this was the best set up he’s seen. Chrystal oversaw all logistics for the day, from assembling tables (with her seller assistant Lauren) coordinating the procession, getting the pit fire started for evening s’mores, to serving. I just can’t say enough at how much appreciation I have for her business and her work ethic. Even her husband stepped in and helped out! I recently hired Perfect Events MT in February to help coordinate a 60th birthday celebration for my husband, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very start, Crystal and Adam exceeded all of my expectations. Their showroom is a treasure trove of amazing possibilities—whether you're planning a wedding, birthday, or any special event, you’ll find everything you need all in one place. Crystal was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the options, ensuring that every detail aligned with our vision. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept us informed about delivery schedules, assisted with the setup, and handled all the breakdown afterward, allowing us to focus on enjoying the celebration. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Perfect Events MT and the wonderful team behind it. If you have any upcoming celebrations, I highly recommend reaching out to them. Without a doubt book Perfect Events! There were so many rental companies to choose from that it was a little overwhelming so I don't even know how I got so lucky with Perfect Events. They were super responsive and easy to work with and understood the need to adjust quantities of items. I could not recommend the wood benches and the fruitwood chairs enough. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. Chrystal thank you so much!

Perfect Events was absolutely amazing and so helpful in making my ranch-style wedding (which started with just a pole barn) stylish and stunning. I probably emailed them back and forth a million times and changed my order and increased quantities, etc, but Chrystal was so helpful and accomodating in helping me with my changes. They have everything you need and everything turned out beautiful. Thank you!
